The Opportunity: Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our operations team as a Customer Service Representative. In this vital role, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued clients, ensuring their experience with us is seamless, professional, and positive. If you have a passion for helping people, excellent communication skills, and an interest in the automotive sector, we want to hear from you!

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls and emails from customers regarding product inquiries, order status, pricing, and general support.
  
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using our internal systems.
• Provide detailed and accurate information about our range of automotive spare parts and lubricants.
• Collaborate with the Sales and Logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and resolution of any issues.
• Document all customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
• Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.

🌟 What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in distribution, wholesale, or the automotive industry (a strong plus!).
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills (Arabic and English proficiency is preferred).
• A professional, patient, and empathetic demeanor with a genuine desire to solve problems.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
